NEW! MAHO BAY BEACH VILLA ST. JOHN USVI LESS THAN A 30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH.

  • Imagine waking up and walking to the beach! Just a few feet away! Pack the cooler, grab your towel and take a stroll to your favorite vacation place. Maho Bay Beach! Swim with the turtles and see if you can spot our friendly stingray who has no stinger!

    This historical Danish building restored to a lovely beachfront 2BR home villa is a beautiful sight to see. It showcases two king suites. One master suite, another king and a sleeper sofa for 2 people. The second king room can be transformed into two twin beds. This quaint peace of paradise also hosts a spacious living area, 2 large dining areas- One indoor and the second is located outdoor along with a fully equipped chef's kitchen.

    There is a comfortable outdoor lounging area under the covered veranda with a large teak dining table. For entertainment, there is internet and smart TV's in each room.
    Full air conditioning is provided throughout this home. Our water is filtered with a UV filtration system. We have an automatic generator set up to come on IF power should ever go out. These are just a few of the amenities to make your stay relaxing.

    Pack LIGHT! All of your basic essentials are provided. They include, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach coolers, BBQ grill, hair dryers, dish liquid, dish detergent, paper towel, toilet paper. There is a semi view of the beach from the villa. Due to the local National Park Services, we are needing to keep the natural growth of the Seagrape trees along the beachfront - to protect the property.

    Our home is wheelchair accessible from three areas.

Best location on the island

Have stayed at different locations on STJ, from the old Westin hotel to other villas, but this lovely house is superior due to its amazing location on Maho beach (hidden behind a few trees). Easy beach access through the backyard and minutes away from Cinnamon and Truck. Love it! Managers also outstanding to deal with.

You arrive in Cruz Bay to the most beautiful energy imaginable Mrs.Luciah with her smile and personable aura. Then you're transported to the villa that is literally spliced into Heaven on Earth. The stay was amazing and everything with our Villa was perfect the only thing I didnt like but didn't mind was picking up trash on the Beach in the mornings and evenings left by visitors to Maho Bay,Please if you are to stay here help pick up the Beaches to help protect our marine life friends who can't help themselves. #GardenofEden

Our stay at the Maho Bay Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of two adults, two children, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of comfortable seating options throughout the house.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having direct beach access through the gate in the backyard was incredible, and the outdoor shower made rinsing off after a day at the beach so easy. Maho Beach was amazing—we saw multiple sea turtles every single day!The kitchen was wonderful and extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made preparing meals at the house easy and enjoyable. The villa’s location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay also made exploring St. John convenient.This was our second trip to St. John, and staying at the Maho Bay Villa made this visit even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return!

What a beautiful place to spend a week! This home is beautiful, clean, and literally seconds from the beach! Our family had the best time on the island of St.John and this home was the perfect place to come back to every evening. We swam with turtles daily and loved watching the sunset over the water! I highly recommend this one of a kind vacation home!
