Located overlooking Coral Bay, away from the congestion of Cruz Bay and the ferry, guests will enjoy the new “Hot Spot” on the island with its easily accessible beaches, friendly tiny town, and conveniences including restaurants. Unlike many Caribbean destinations, this is an intimate lifestyle that fully recognizes the beauty and serenity of nature and laid-back living for real relaxation. SeaGrape Estate's location is so unique that it has been seen on House Hunters International multiple times. There is no need for us to use any zoom lenses in these photos. You feel like you can jump in from the deck.

• The large private pool and deck were just refurbished with new tile, bottom coating, and high-grade salt water pump and filter. The pool house has a bathroom, shower, television, Wifi and a small refrigerator for daily use.
