The air-conditioned great room is the centerpiece of this stunning home, with the living room, interior dining table and fully equipped kitchen, all which open up to the covered deck with outside dining, sun deck, pool and hot tub. Located on either side of the great room, are the two air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with garden showers. The loft bedroom is accessed up a spiral staircase and includes two twin beds.

For those looking to work on their golden tans, the pool and sun deck enjoy all day sun or for those that prefer some shade, you can sit back and relax in one of the outdoor chairs. At the south tip of the peninsula between Great Cruz Bay Harbor and Chocolate Hole Harbor is a perfect place called Maria Bluff. Living & Dining: The air-conditioned living and dining area are located in the center of this beautiful home. The home includes a comfortable sectional couch, which wraps around and offers plenty of seating for up to 6 people. After a day of exploring, you will enjoy an evening in, spending time together, playing games or streaming your favorite show or sports game on your TV. The home also includes internet, WiFi, and a stereo.

The interior and exterior dining tables both seat 6 and no matter which table you choose to dine at, you will enjoy dining with a view.

Kitchen: The kitchen opens to the interior living and dining area, and looks out to the beautiful ocean views. Bedroom Details: The two master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the great room. Each includes a king bed, split a/c unit, TV, and en-suite bath with garden showers. Both master bedrooms have screened French doors that open onto the deck and each morning when you open your eyes, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The 3rd loft bedroom is accessed up a spiral staircase and includes two twins beds, which can be converted to a king. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main level.
