Villa Sugarapple: 2 King BR, AC, pool, near beach and town

Sugarapple at Kapok Villas is a beautiful spot for your St. John, USVI getaway. This spacious unit is well lit w/ vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms with AC, 2 full bathrooms & a full service kitchen with breakfast bar that flows into the open dining and living room areas. The covered outdoor balcony has majestic views of the lush VI National Park & beautiful blue Caribbean Sea. 12 minute drive to the beach! The large pool and deck have plenty of seating for all and a covered gazebo. It is shared with the other 3 rental units in the complex. Lush tropical gardens surround each building to provide privacy. Your host, Kim, will meet you and give you a full personalized tour of our property. She has vast knowledge of the island and activities for you to consider. Kim lives on property so she will be readily available for you. Our place is located on Gifft Hill just 8 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. Quiet neighborhood with main roads. Kapok Villas has four 2-bedroom units that surround the pool deck. Check out our other listing: Guava, Papaya, Mango and the studio. We can sleep a total of 30 guests!
