Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Total disaster!

Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology.
