"Wonderful hotel, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful . The hot tub and pool were big, family friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. The only drawback was no ventilation in the bathroom."

"Have a pancake machine for breakfast. Pool was out of service which we were told upon arrival. The pool itself was much smaller than in picture. Great location to tour around St. John’s however the traffic during the week makes it impossible to turn left out the building. Staff was friendly and helpful but wish I got more than points for no pool. But because I booked with Expedia they couldn’t refund me any money."

"Great location and good stay except for the fire alarm testing in the morning! Why schedule that for 10:30 AM on Friday, why not schedule mid-day when most people are not in the hotel? Front desk staff were polite but not terribly friendly. Bar staff in lobby bar were great and provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and pubs."
