    We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

    A historic and vibrant neighborhood within walking distance to downtown St. John’s. Enjoy local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Short stroll to George Street entertainment and easy access to parks, trails, and community amenities. Combines city convenience with peaceful surroundings.

    Guests will have full access to the home via a smart lock. A unique access code will be sent prior to check-in. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and essentials are provided for your stay.

    For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee
