"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We booked the hotel because of its location as well as the hot tub and pool. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down in many areas and we could not get in the hot tub because it was dirty and covered with hair floating all over the water. The room was nice and it was clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade room as well!"

"Cabin was clean, smelt amazing, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Bobby sue sent maintenance down for a new remote for our tv in no time, was there for any guest that needed anything at all. The views were great, awesome local restaurants 5-10 mins away. If you go in the winter make sure to do the ice castles 25 mins away. Will definitely be back in the summer months to enjoy "

"This property is tucked back off the main road in a nice location close to local restaurants and local businesses. In the heart of the white mountains and close to area ski resorts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is big and bright and inviting. The amenities were fantastic, including a beautiful pool, a game room, and a free breakfast. Our room was very awkward. There was no carpet or area rug. Since it is winter, we tracked snow and water and mud and then had to wear shoes in the room so not to get dirty. The room was extremely large but mostly empty. Aside from the bed and one small chair at the desk, there was nowhere to sit. There was a mini kitchen, but nowhere to enjoy a meal. Lots of wasted space, and awkward having to sit on the bed."

"This property is an old school, but well kept motel. The bathroom is reminiscent of a 50/60s home bathroom but everything was clean and in working order. The view was beautiful, and the started double room was spacious enough for a small round table and chair. Heat kicked on fast, quickly warming up two cold skiers. Beds were comfortable enough and TV worked fine. This quaint stop had everything you need to rest and recharge, and this area of Franconia is beautiful. My only complaint is the check-in process was a little confusing, since there is no staff on site. I booked through Expedia, but the current hotel owner is using a different web host for check in and I was unable to access the link for this through Expedia messaging. The owner was very quick to respond and call me directly to explain the process, which was a life saver. My understanding is this motel is about to go through major upgrades and renovations, so it’ll be interesting to see what it becomes. "

"This motel has a description of a top rated breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast room. The breakfast is a bagged meal to take back to your room and heat in the microwave. This of course should be told up front. Clearly not the top rated breakfast as advertised . The room was basic and clean but the heat was constantly on so it was stifling hot. Unfortunately the clerk wasn't able to do anything about it until maintenance the next day after we left."
