The space
Spacious two bedroom full sized apartment on the second floor, so the view over the river and sunset is unmatched!
This is located on a private road with only 5 other homes.
About a block away, you can expect to see a boat shop and storage units for boats. Two miles away is the casino and river walk trail as well as brand new mountain bike trails. Just a couple more miles to historical downtown St. Joseph!

Note: There is a train that passes by about a block and a half away so if you’re a light sleeper, sleep in the room closest to the river or use a white noise app or fan like I do!(I live one block away)
