"The hotel was excellent. Special mention to: Mayeuresh -excellent gym trainer. Should definitely have his own session in physiotherapy. Thai Massage. He helped me quite a bit with cramps/muscle strain Marshall, citrus restaurant. Another excellent member of staff. Very attentive. Very nice day very enjoyable. Prapti-citrus -very hard-working member of staff with excellent interpersonal skills. Sony – excellent, Yoga Teacher. Praveen – Reception. Excellent member of staff made our check in and checking out very easy and welcoming."

"Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is very courteous but what stands out is the food. All dishes are delicious, however the service is slow."

"The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure."

The breakfast at the Tea Lounge is excellent, with a generous and varied buffet featuring South Indian, North Indian, and continental options. The location was very convenient, situated in Goregaon West close to several corporate and IT hubs, making commuting easy and efficient."
