"Great stay, everything was perfect, clean room, cleaning lady showed up every single day, we had clean towels clean room everything we needed. The room had a mini kitchen and a little stove which is perfect for families with kids. Check in and out super fast, huge parking lot. I have only good things to say about this stay."

"This way by far the worst experience of any place I have every stayed at. The place is not anywhere near what the pictures or descriptions conveyed and worse the owner and host are immoral and distrustful. Heres a brief description of the physical issues from least worst to worst. 1) No Laundry facilities. It was listed there was and I had 4 people so you can imagine the hassle with going to a laundromat. 2) Temperature. The heat was turned WAY up and there was no way to turn it down. So we had to open the windows which meant loud noise from the close neighbors and bugs from the other side as there was no screen. 3) It was assumed from the listing it was a HOME with no one else sharing. This was far from the case as we had people under and over us. We are considerate so were conscious to tiptoe which was a hassle BUT the people above us had no such consideration., There was a child constantly running back and forth hard and LOUD sometime starting as early as 6AM. I spoke to someone about it there who said "OK" but it never stopped. It woke all of us up early EVERY day and made the stay torturous. I texted and called the owner and host but they simply ignored my requests. The worst was yet to come. I texted and called leaving several messages recounting the issues. I intended to leave a negative review but perhaps there were reasons for all these issues and I gave a chance to defend. After 5 days the host finally replied in the rudest of "
