"We love this hotel. Whenever we need to be in NYC we stay here. 20 min drive south to being able to do everything there. Huge rooms, always quiet, super clean and free parking. Really impressive and affordable."

"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting area. Then a coded lock to get into your bedrm. No deadbolt lock on inside of bedrm door. Bathrm across hall. Off street parking was nice."

"Rooms were clean and spacious (studio); staff was very courteous and helped me in a pinch! Parking was a bit crowded but suitable. Found a Starbucks right across at the college.(.1 mile). Perfect weekend stay!~ from DMV!"

"I booked this place for 2 different times during my week stay. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. They reassured us when we were coming back into town that we would be able to stay in the original location which was true. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were only 4 beds in the home (to sleep 8) we reserved this stay for 12. There were also 7 towels. When I reached out to the host she said they would take care of it the following day and send someone to set up another mattress. I told them that was not acceptable and we needed somewhere for people to sleep. They told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was Easter and their employees were home with their families. Nobody came for the duration of the time. We were sleeping on couch cushions on the floor and thin sheets. It was very disappointing, I would never recommend this place. Our feet were also filthy just from walking around the house. Look somewhere else. I’m not hard to please, so the fact I’m writing a review is enough said. "
