To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please respect the following house rules.

- Guest Numbers: Only guests included in your confirmed booking are permitted to stay. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
- Please try to have all guest vehicles parked in the driveway to avoid blocking the street
- No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the property.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property clean and tidy, including the BBQ, kitchenware and outdoor areas.
- No Parties: Parties, functions and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Noise Restrictions: Respect our neighbours. Loud music must cease by 11:00 pm, and outdoor areas must not be used between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages or missing items during their stay.

### PET POLICY
- Prior Approval: All pets require prior approval from Stay Exclusive. Please provide the number, type, breed and approximate weight of each pet.
- Pet Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee applies. Please confirm the amount with your host.
- Indoor Access: Pets are only permitted inside the home, including living areas and bedrooms, with specific prior approval.
- Furniture: Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.
