Very architecturally unique property with gorgeous cathedral doors inside, the painted claw foot tub, interesting light fixtures, original wooden floors, etc. Comfortable beds.It has a tight garage space, and can be mistaken for an office or industrial space from the outside. Convenient to WashU.The owner was easy to contact and gracious.
