I come and stay frequently at the Days inn but this visit was not as pleasant as any other time because the sink was dripping water and there was a screen laying out on the patio area. The people at the front desk are always nice and friendly. The gentleman that was there told me that he will come move it and he would change my room the next day. Well when the next day came I decided not to change the room because I had too much stuff to take over to the other room but the screen was never picked up. I also called and requested a balcony and when I got there I was giving a patio on the first floor which is where I never want to stay or stay again. It was very cold in the hallway and it had a very bad smell. Like I stated before I stayed here many of times and this time was different. Not sure if I will be returning but the staff is always so pleasant

Hair in bathtub, sheets stained ,toilet didn’t flush well and leaked from the seal on the floor, the aftermarket TV remote didn’t work many of the functions and made watching it challenging. I was happy to find the place on short notice , the place I originally booked online was dreadful . Fairly easy access to major roads

Stayed at this location 10 years ago was nice neat and clean. 2025 July 19 hallways dirty room smelled and shower had mold. And appears to be blood on the corners of tub caulk. Lights had inches of dust . Some lights did not work. Dogs on premises.. highly disappointed won't be back .

Workingman's Hotel

First the good. This hotel is a workingman's hotel, not a family hotel. The room was clean, the shower had hot water, the bed was simi comfortable and the TV worked. Bad the carpet was separated at the seam near the vanity; the carpet was bunched up throughout, both crating a trip hazard. Drywall coating was missing throughout; the toilet seat was original to construction and broke and worn down to the wood, so you needed to be careful. Breakfast was some stale bread, waffle maker, yogurt, dry cereal. Coffee tasted like left over grounds had been used, the juice machine was empty. Had to clean off my table before setting down just me and one other person on the breakfast area. I have stayed at other Wyndam in the past and not sure how this place got their endorsement.

Very professional, friendly, helpful staff. Front desk kept in touch with me via email regarding anything we might need or want during our stay. Room was nice, clean, with anything we might need, bed comfortable. Beautifully landscaped garden/gazebo outside the breakfast area. Great economical stay in St. Charles, MO area. Thank you all!

The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. It was however impossible to overlook the condition of the property. I dont know what year it was built but our room could not have been updated ever, dirty carpet, stains everywhere even the bedding, rotted wood on exterior and common areas pretty gross overall. I'm not a picky person but would not stay here again.

Unsafe and unclean

We ended up leaving. We did not stay. There were people in the parking lot that looked like they were using drugs. The hotel smelled terrible. Our bathroom had stained floors and a dirty tub. Looked like people were living there. We felt very unsafe having our children there. We decided after 2 minutes of being there that we were not staying there. Very disappointed due to a 4.5 hour drive to the location. The man that checked us in was super friendly. He understood why we did not feel safe and asked to leave. He smiled and was welcoming when we arrived.

As someone who travels by car and loves road trips, I am familiar with the overall quality of affordable motels in the US. My adult son and I stopped at this place on our cross country road trip. If you are on a budget but want clean, safe, convenient--this place is great. The fact that there was a restaurant on site when we arrived after dark far from any convenient other options--that stretch of PA is sparse--was a godsend. The eatery was nothing great but it was food and if you have been driving for hours and want to crash, easy convenient food is fabulous!

Air conditioner did not work in the room, the bathtub wasnt clean, and the toilet was dirty. Temperature was on the mid to high 80s all night. We had a fan which helped keep air flow.... The night of checkin the manager said he would fix it the next day. He never showed up. We checked out 2 days early, that next morning. They double charged my card for the full stay. Took 10 days to get a partial payment back. Will never stay here again. Guests were cordial. Staff was polite.

The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were rude and only did minimal cleaning of my room. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the facinity of the motel. I was easily able to reserve an additional night's room. It was very quiet,with the exception of slamming doors. The doors just didn't have rods to slow down the speed of closing.

Don't fall into the hole where I fell

The location is ideal, close to the highways with easy access. But the hotel itself is horrible. My group and myself were so disappointed. The rooms were dirty and smelled like a mixture of cigarettes, marijuana, and mold. Some rooms had rats and cockroaches, so they had to move us to other rooms which were similars. Some of us had to to buy our own sheets, blankets and bath towels, because the ones they had were so old, dirty and smelling bad. the breakfast was a complete disaster: bread, cereal, and milk. The kitchen hygiene was questionable, as the rooms were infested with rats and cockroaches. Once again, our group decided to eat outside. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My only recommendation is a serious inspection by the health authorities who will certainly close the hotel.

The bottom of the tub was not clean with brown residue in bottom. The bathroom had loose and cracked tile. The carpet and furniture had holes. We were very unhappy with this room. We stayed here because it was a good location for us. But, we could have gotten a better room for less at Motel 6.

I booked this property because of the location. It was close to the event that I was attending and it looked like the neighborhood was fine. I am a 75 year old woman traveling alone. I chose the wrong motel. The place was not safe. None of the outdoor entrances were locked. You did not need a key card and one of the doors had a plastic bag covering the slot. There was what appeared to be a food truck in the back of my room parking lot and there were people at it when I checked in and returned after my event. My room was disgusting. The sofa had stains and the cushions had the stuffing coming out and they smelled. The carpet was filthy. The phone would not let me contact the front desk. The bathroom lights did not work in the morning. The continental breakfast was depressing. I felt sorry for the man who was trying to get 3 kids fed and half of the choices were not available. Bottom line is do it stay at this property.

There was confusion caused by a text that apparently was sent by Travelocity. It was worded such that I thought the hotel sent it. It said I could respond to that text, which I did, telling (I thought) the hotel that I would be in very late, but was still coming. When I arrived, the hotel informed me that they had canceled my reservation due to "no show" (but they did charge my cc). I told them I texted, and she informed me that they don't text. I showed her the conversation, back and forth. I then said that I still had tonight reserved, right? She said no, it was canceled because I didn't show. Check-in isn't until 3pm. I had been up all night driving, and really needed my room. She made me go back online to book another room. Mine had already been rented, and all that was left was a suite, but that I could have it at the 1-bedroom rate. So even though it was a huge, time-consuming hassle, I finally did a room. The continental breakfast was very good!
