Clean and comfortable

This was a perfect choice after a 13 hour drive. The property is clean. The person at the front desk was friendly. There are 2 fast food restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The king room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Overall it’s just a basic hotel stay, breakfast was good, only complaint is the pool and hot tub area had a terrible smell, definitely smelled like it hasn’t been maintained and I personally would have had it closed if I worked there!

The property is clean. Rooms were tidy and as expected. The breakfast was good. Most hotels in this price range will serve cold grab and go type breakfasts with maybe a waffle machine. This place had scrambled eggs and bacon plus all of the usual fare. Very nice. The indoor pool is rather small, but does the job. Parking is a breeze, right out front.

First thing is room service. Tried to come in when sign was up not too, then didn’t replace towels or clean when the sign was down. No quarters available for coin only washers and dryers? Only 1 friendly staff at the counter, not impressed as I stay at many Marriotts this ones down there in rank for sure

Previous reviews mentioned smells and a dirty pool. It was evident from the minute we walked in that the lobby smelled of mold or mildew. The 3rd floor also smelled. Our room was acceptable. If you have children or anyone with respiratory problems, this is probably not where you want to stay. Also the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. The smell was so overwhelming and the pool so dirty that it is impossible to review anything else about this property.

Nice but no accessible room at this inn....

Room was NOT an "accessible" room, even though hotels.com stated those were available. Fairfield claims hotels.com didn not forward that info along. I've booked with hotels.com many times with accessible rooms requested - info has always been forwarded. Staff was good, tried to accomodate with king accessible room, but we needed twin beds, so that did not solve problem. Actually checked out of a multiple night stay after 1 night (and paid for the room in full), to find another hotel that fit our needs better, obviously accessibility is more important than $$$ in this case. Breakfast was fantastic, nice selection. Pool was tiny. Would have given 5 stars if accessible room, but since it wasn't, how do you rate a hotel if the number one most important thing about the room isn't fufilled?

This hotel was good but did have some improvements that could be made. Very easy check-in, friendly staff, easy parking upon arrival. They were accommodating for special requests. The pool was a little cold and had too many chemicals, it burned the kids eyes. The floor in the room underneath the air conditioner was very wet. There were not enough towels or bedding for the pullout couch. The shower was either dirty or stained upon arrival, otherwise the room was clean. The staff gave my kids snacks and were very kind and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again.
