Perfect downtown location across from Busch Stadium

Short walk to the Arch, the Old Courthouse and Enterprise Center.Clean, roomy 1BR with gym, pool and roof access. Very comfortable spot for a single or couple.

Great place to stay for a baseball weekend. Everything was great. Couldn't get in the gym but that's ok. Cool little apartment right by the stadium, didn't need to drive anywhere all weekend. I payed for parking but, you could get lucky and park right in front of the building.

Landing property St Louis

We had a terrible experience. We had difficulty booking the stay. We were told we would get instructions on how to access our room after 3 o’clock on Sunday. I got a message at 9 o’clock Sunday saying my room is ready. We showed up and the room was not available we could not access it and we are informed the very next morning after we had to go find a hotel at twice the price that our booking was canceled because the room was not available due to damage?. My guess is the room got trashed and nobody checked on it Sunday before we arrived. So, unfortunately, our trip cost us double because we had to check in to a local hotel near my wife’s conference.

Dirty

Apartment is in a great spot with free parking but no one cleaned the place before we got there. Trash was full, stains on almost every flat surface, bedding was clearly not washed and had crumbs in it(had to go buy detergent to wash the covers). The worst of all, was they didn’t even bother to put new soap and shampoo in the bathroom. When I called the host number, I was told they’d send someone to clean it and set up a time but no one showed up. Also had to call the host number to get my check in instructions.
