This is across the street from St. Louis University, close to Downtown St. Louis, and the CWE. The Fox Theater, Restaurants, and Arts District are nearby. Check-in: Will take place at our sister hotel The West End, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. (This is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Whitehouse) We require a photo ID or Passport for verification & valid credit card for damage deposit.
Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property. Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday)

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout.
3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Pet Rules
1. There is $25 pet fee per stay. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $150 per pet per month.
2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation
3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas.
