Nice place in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean and modern/updated. It's not well lit from the street and the address is a bit hard to see at night but once you find it, lights pop on when entering the vestibule and stairway. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is small but was updated, clean and well stocked. The towels were fluffy and nice. The galley kitchen was updated and well stocked. I'd recommend for future stays.

Home Town Visit

Great property! The revitalization of the Garden District is exciting to see. It was like being at home again. Would highly recommend and will do it again the next time in St. Louis.

Very Nice, Comfortable and well appointed

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in, very nice property and amenities. The location was also very convenient to zoo and botanical gardens and downtown.

Comfortable Stay

We stayed at the condo and it was clean just like the pictures. We were able to enter the property without any problems as soon as we arrived in St. Louis, MO. We were pleasantly please with our accommodations. Thank you so much!

You get what you pay for...

We decided not to stay here after seeing the property. The neighborhood is average, the condo/building had a very old building smell to it, and you could continually hear people from other units very clearly and loudly. Garret was very accommodating to work with and attempted to cancel our second night and rerent the unit so we could be refunded. However, VRBO is very strict on their policies and wouldn’t allow him to do so. If you choose to stay here, definitely book through another travel site avoid the unnecessary fees and regulations.

Unhappy

The TV didn't work most of the time. Shelf in closet broken. Advertised complimentary coffee. No filters to make coffee. Called owner and he did come the next day and provided filters. Never fixed TV. Just said it should work. As soon as he left it went out and continually kept going out. It's hard to watch a football game or a TV show when the TV goes out when something important happens.

We enjoyed staying here! Very clean building and close to everything! I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE! It was in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great deal Best Location

The pictures are very accurate. Check in was smooth sailing. If you're looking for something affordable in a great location, this is the place. We were literally 15-20 minutes away from everything that we had planned that weekend. The only slight con was parking. During the day, there were plenty of empty spots on the street. At night, you'd have to park around back, or you'd have to park a few buildings away. It wasn't a problem for me. It wasn't completely horrible. Also, at the back door is a porch where you can sit and have a drink, smoke, or enjoy the weather. My favorite part of the condo was the shower and the dresser with the mirror. I felt extra safe with the lock system the manager has installed. You will not be disappointed if you rent from Garrett. He's not a nuisance, and if you have any questions, he's available.

This unit is nicely updated. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Enjoyed getting hooked on Netflix during our stay! Great location and quiet neighborhood.
