Two bedroom apartment in a brand new building with a reserved parking space. There is only one unit in this building so you won't have to worry about loud neighbors or privacy. The apartment is above a large garage that used primarily for storage so there is very little activity. The apartment is 1,200 square feet with an open floor plan. Everything in the unit is less than two years old. We have hardwood floors throughout the unit. There is laundry in the unit. Decor is fresh and modern

Wonderful place! Better in-person than online! In town to see some Cardinals games and visit family on our way to Chicago. Check in was smooth, communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

OMG. This place is so comfortable. Tons of linens and cute decor. Easy access to everything. Great restaurants nearby. Super quiet neighborhood. The only thing we could find as a suggestion was to add a chair to the living room area. There’s just the couch…so when our graduate came over, had to pull over a dining room chair. No big deal…but comfy chair would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.

Excellent Location and Spacious Unit
Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was asleeper sofa. When we checked in we found out they just replaced the sleeper sofa with a regular couch. Brian didn't think of telling us since we stated we had 3 guests. Not a problem. We put a sheet on the couch and my son slept there. Would stay here again.

Great place!
We stayed here during my husbands Coast Guard weekend and it was great. It was nice, clean, plenty of dishes, towels, and other amenities! It was in a safe part of town, we were able to walk to stores and it was right beside a nice park! The property manager was very responsive to every message! We would definitely stay here again!
