Quick trip on a budget and it was perfect for us

I can't recommend this place enough. It was super clean and the staff was kind and courteous. It was a few miles away at most from everything we wanted to do. The whirlpool tub worked perfectly and was amazing at the end of long hot days. The veteran parking showed respect and made it so much easier for my old disabled veteran self to get my things in and out of the hotel. It appeared they were busy making even more improvements to the property during our stay, so I'm looking forward to our next stay.

Super 8 St Charles Rock Road

The staff here always gives me exceptional customer service every time. They make the check in process headache free and fast as possible. If you haven’t stayed here I recommend you do they offer clean large rooms with a peacefully relaxing atmosphere.

Very satisfied for budget price range

Front desk was really nice and fast check in. Housekeeping is the unseen hero here. If you expect a $200 room at their value prices, it's unrealistic. But beds were comfy, CLEAN, and NO visitors was a plus! Good job!

There is a speaker vent to talk to staff and area to slide your tranasactions under rhe glass which should have been our first clue on the area of this property. The gentleman checking us in was friendly. The carpeted floors were filthy leading to the rooms. In the room, it didnt take long for the cockroaches to come out. We told the front desk we weren't staying and he did not seemed surprised. He offered us another room. We are pretty sure cockroaches don't check into one room at a time. How can this be a property that is suggested through expedia?

Friendly desk staff and that’s where the good ended. Killed a roach just after getting into the room. Sheet and comforter are stained and have cigarette burns in them. Carpet is gross. Single chair in room was stained. Dresser drawers are broke. Very loud in hallway a lot of the evening. Just wasn’t what I saw in the pictures and I’ve stayed in a few super 8s so I generally know what to expect.

1. I requested a location near to downtown. I selected the super 8 hotel near the River/downtown. On arrival, I found that it was near airport, 20 minutes drive from downtown. 2. AC and oven in the room didn’t work. Also, the room was not clean as it was supposed to be. 3. The area around was also poor. Nothing was nearby as expected in a recreation trip. 4. I left on 13 October (one day before) since my family got sick in overall condition.

Other than being a place to sleep it wasnt really that great. Breakfast wasnt available and the coffee they had available had things floating in it and tasted old. The staff didnt want to communicate unless it involved money or having to move my car. Room had dirty carpets and trashes still full from the previous guest as well as a smelly bathroom and debris present in the shower tub. All the surrounding restaurants were amazing tho. But do better super 8 please

My room had roaches and gnats, and there was no light in the bathroom. I made the housekeeping crew aware and the front desk and nothing was done about either issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It also advertises free breakfast but the dining area is full of junk.
