The room had a mfing ceiling fan and it was GLORIOUS. Also these guys have been making lots of improvements to the building as a whole. I stay here infrequently throughout the year, and we'll continue to do so.

The sanitary conditions were unacceptable to the extent that I believe my health would be negatively impacted by the living conditions because I have breathing and skin conditions. It was so bad that I decided to file a lodging complaint on this location to the Missouri Department of Health. Hopefully they get held accountable to reasonable sanitary standards and improve the cleanliness of their facilities. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until they do significant work to improve their facilities. We checked in and checked out within an hour. The staff was standoffish. I don’t know if it was because we’re black or the guy had a short fuse. No clue. There’s a $50 deposit that is mandatory at check in. We were not adequately informed before or during booking.

Super 8 St Charles Rock Road

The staff here always gives me exceptional customer service every time. They make the check in process headache free and fast as possible. If you haven’t stayed here I recommend you do they offer clean large rooms with a peacefully relaxing atmosphere.

Quick trip on a budget and it was perfect for us

I can't recommend this place enough. It was super clean and the staff was kind and courteous. It was a few miles away at most from everything we wanted to do. The whirlpool tub worked perfectly and was amazing at the end of long hot days. The veteran parking showed respect and made it so much easier for my old disabled veteran self to get my things in and out of the hotel. It appeared they were busy making even more improvements to the property during our stay, so I'm looking forward to our next stay.

I absolutely loved my room, no complaints there. My only complaint is the manger there, horrible attitude. Sorta fair skin, bald, slender, older man. I called at about 4 or 5pm after I just booked my room to ask simply, what was the latest time I could check in on the same day, and it ended up in him catching an attitude with me, saying I need to give him a specific time I would be there, that I need to get there ASAP, threatening to cancel my reservation, the hung up on me. Only for me to see in the email that their latest check-in time was 5 AM so there was no rush whatsoever. You can tell me I can’t check in after a certain time, but couldn’t just tell me what that time was, but was quick to be rude? Absolutely horrible service

There is a speaker vent to talk to staff and area to slide your tranasactions under rhe glass which should have been our first clue on the area of this property. The gentleman checking us in was friendly. The carpeted floors were filthy leading to the rooms. In the room, it didnt take long for the cockroaches to come out. We told the front desk we weren't staying and he did not seemed surprised. He offered us another room. We are pretty sure cockroaches don't check into one room at a time. How can this be a property that is suggested through expedia?

1. I requested a location near to downtown. I selected the super 8 hotel near the River/downtown. On arrival, I found that it was near airport, 20 minutes drive from downtown. 2. AC and oven in the room didn’t work. Also, the room was not clean as it was supposed to be. 3. The area around was also poor. Nothing was nearby as expected in a recreation trip. 4. I left on 13 October (one day before) since my family got sick in overall condition.

Hope you did your research

Friendly desk staff and that’s where the good ended. Killed a roach just after getting into the room. Sheet and comforter are stained and have cigarette burns in them. Carpet is gross. Single chair in room was stained. Dresser drawers are broke. Very loud in hallway a lot of the evening. Just wasn’t what I saw in the pictures and I’ve stayed in a few super 8s so I generally know what to expect.
