Welcome to Main Street St. Charles! Located on the second floor of a charming commercial building, this apartment offers stunning views along Main Street. It is a prime location on Main Street, please note that there is a nightlife scene with live music Thursday-Saturday late in the night. Step into this beautifully updated one bedroom, one bath apartment and be greeted by a harmonious blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The interior features have been carefully curated to maintain the property's character while providing contemporary comfort. With its convenient location, captivating views, and a perfect balance of old-world charm and modern convenience, this apartment is sure to offer an exceptional living experience in the heart of Main Street St. Charles.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Very Nice Place

This location has everything needed for a couple days or even longer. St. Charles is an active destination for young and old alike and this property puts you right in the middle of it all. It was clean and well-kept and the owner/landlord was extremely responsive. Do yourself a favor and stay here for your next visit.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great time visiting St. Charles. The property was in a great location to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We walked to just about everything we did. The property was very clean. We cooked a few meals during our stay and the kitchen had the basics that we needed. I would recommend this property to family and friends!

Adorable and quaint

Wonderful property right in the heart of the historic district. Spacious for two and very cute. All we needed for the one night stay. Our first visit to the area and we were not aware the nightlife would be so loud. Bands across the street and a barking dog that sounded outside the bedroom windows on the closed off balconey. Parking close was a challenge. Perfect location to enjoy the nightlife. If you may be looking for a quieter stay this may not be your location.

Back to my hometown

I brought my husband to St Charles for the first time to see where I grew up and this apartment was the most perfect spot!! We loved everything about it and the convenience of just being able to walk out the door and explore!

Thing that makes us a nine out of 10 for us is a couch horrible. It was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t even sit on it. We had a day of sports planned could not figure out how to get the channels that we needed or how to use the Roku and sitting on the couch to watch was seriously not an option for me was so bad.
