My experience from arrival was not great. The building looked absolutely nothing like that it did online. Once checked in and got settled in my room that is when you could see the numerous dead spiders littering the floor, holes in the drywall, the furniture was missing chunks of itself, it smelled of pet urine and you could tell the carpet had not been deep cleaned in quite sometime, let’s not forget the bedbugs as well. I was very disappointed when we received our room because what photos are online are nowhere near what the actual room looked like. It felt like a complete scam and didn’t feel safe one second. I would not recommend especially if you have children.

This was nightmare stay. The property has long term tenants with pets, parrots and dogs. the hallway overwhelmingly smells of dog urine. At the end of the property there was a group of guys hanging out and playing cards all evening. During midnight hours I heard people hanging around in the hallways, I couldn't even sleep, thinking people would come in the room. The room was very dirty, the bathroom smelled of urine and had urine spots all over the walls. On top of that, they don't let you know that the property is next door to a cemetery. The worst.

Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful I stayed in a king room only had 2 pillows on the bed I asked for a couple more was told they were all given out ....ok??? Asked again second night different worker received them no questions asked extended my stay 2 more nights kinda thought asking for another safety deposit for the same room was ridiculous but whatever don't care as long as it gets back to my account

About what you would expect for the price. No complaints. Difficult to walk places from the hotel, but that seems to be an issue in most of St. Louis

The receptionist was not welcoming and once I book the room earlier day and paid all of the fees that time they dis not informed me that during check in I meed to deposit extra 50$. And probably I will get refund after 10 days. Thats terrible.
