Lodge Afrique est un un espace décoré avec goût où nous avons été accueillis par Roanda avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive. Un véritable havre de paix. De nombreux commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Les bungalows sont très bien équipés, propres et confortables. Le seul défaut que je pourrais trouver est le manque d'intimité le soir lorsque le lumière est allumée car on doit tout fermer pour ne pas être vu des bungalows voisins. Par chance, nous étions les seuls clients le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Hôtel très agréable, belle décoration et excellent petit déjeuner. Les bungalows sont dans un beau jardin. La propriétaire donne de bons conseils sur ce qu'il y a à voir dans les environs de St Lucie. Plusieurs restaurants dans la rue principale de St Lucie. Nous avons eu la chance de voir les hippos se balader en ville dès notre premier soir. Impressionnant! Nous étions contents d'être en voiture!

Moyen et pas de climatisation room 6

Lendroit est agreable mais la climatisation de la chambre 6 ne fonctionne pas : elle est Hors Service. Le generateur nest pas mis en route le soir = on est dans le noir et sans ventilateur !! Contrairement au Sandipper. Petit déjeuner bien.

Don't waste time looking further if you want to stay in St Lucia. The Manager,owner, gardens ,breakfast , rooms and staff are all fantastic and exceptional. If you want a big swimming pool this could be a problem

Tranquil and delightfully quiet traditional yet modern appointed thatched chalets in neat tropical grounds. Wonderful planting. Lovely reception with cool drinks and lovely staff. Gorgeous and well lit interiors. No hot water on our first night which i meant to mention to the staff but forgot. Plenty in the morning however. Very nice breakfast. Check out is at 10am which is on the early side and there are strict warnings in the book saying that a charge of another night will be made if this is passed which seemed a little unfriendly.

Super acolhedor o lodge!!

Hospedagem incrível!! Staff super atencioso!! Quarto muito confortável!! Chuveiro muito bom!! Era nossa lua de mel!! Comentamos na reserva, e fomos recebidos com presentes!! Muito legal!! O Wi-fi não funcionava, mas tinha chovido por isso não devia estar funcionando bem!! Mas não afeta a estadia!! Vale muitoooo a pena!!

A lovely and luxurious oasis

With individual, luxurious huts situated in a lush garden, Lodge Afrique felt like a luxurious resort at a rate I could afford. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a lovely oasis - I hardly wanted to leave to explore St. Lucia and the surrounding parks!

Optimale Unterkunft in St Lucia

Chefin ging flexibel u sehr unkompliziert auf unseren Wunsch ein, ein Zimmer weiter entfernt von der Frühstücksterasse zu bekommen. Zimmer und Anlage sind traumhaft gestaltet und exzellent gewartet. Frühstück sehr gepflegt und frisch, Mitarbeiter ausnehmend freundlich u engagiert. Vollste Punktzahl im Rating. Beste Location dieses Urlaubs.

Toles Hotel

Toll eingerichtetes Hotel in der Nähe des Parks. Wir haben mit Zebras im Garten gefrühstückt und konnten die Tiere auf einen Meter Entfernung betrachten. Sehr freundliche Inhaber. Touren konnten über das Hotel gebucht werden. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Very disappointing

First off, I can see why most people would be pleased with this property. It is nice looking, secure, and walkable to town. The rooms are also pleasant. However, I had a significant problem with management during my stay. On Night #1: 1) The air conditioning remote was broken and therefore we had no A/C. We did not learn this until after the hotel office closed (around 7pm?). It was between 25C and 30C in our room all night. 2) There were bats flying around our room all night. Hitting us in the face, bouncing from wall to wall. Management's response after Night #1: 1) We fixed the air conditioning remote today, you will be fine. 2) "Oh wow...you are so lucky you had endangered bats flying around your room! No we can't change your room because we are full" Night #2 1) The air conditioning was "on" but blowing 25C to 30C air. It was set to 17C for 20 hours. No amount of playing with it would making anything cooler come out. It was hotter inside our room than outside our room. 2) The bats made a brief visit again. Management's response after Night #2: 1) "Oh you must be wrong. We checked the A/C while you were out to dinner and your room was ice cold" (I do not like being accused of lying. It was not ice cold for the entire 20 hours it was on. I find it quite hard to believe our room was ice cold for the two hours we were at dinner) 2) I didn't even have the heart to bring up the bats again. For $120 USD/night in South Africa, I expect an air conditioned & bat-free room.

Great!

Lovely rondavels, great staff, excellent home baked treats for breakfast and much more. The cats - Mackenzie, Aiden and Lily - and tortoises were an added bonus. Beautifully maintained grounds and well decorated rooms. Would love to go back.

agréable endroit sous forme de cottages

hôtel de charme sous forme de cottages enfouis dans la végétation luxuriante. Peu de terrasses au soleil. Petite piscine assez symbolique. Pt déjeuner agréable sous le patio. Au calme mais il faut la voiture pour aller dans le centre surtout le soir quand il y a les hippo qui viennent brouter l'herbe des espaces verts publics (je les ai vus). Accueil agréable. Parking privatif (il y a 8 places pour les 8 chb). Pas de regret à avoir loger ici.
