"The elevator closed on me twice & the second time the elevator added to injury when it closed on my bad hand, wrist, and my forearm bone ! Also, a few couples, including ourselves, were led to believe this was a Casino Resort, not a kiddie resort! Though my grand children would love it! I would not like them to get stuck between the elevator doors!!! Also on behalf of all the children at the pool there should be no G strings!!! It’s a kiddie establishment! Enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats, also the fair lights. "

"Breakfast / Brunch was ok....omelet and bacon was on point. Biscuits were hard and cold. Buffett is overpriced "

"Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least a microwave."

"This is an older motel and has not been updated in some time which the price reflects. However the room smelt like an ashtray, the sink didn’t drain, and the paint on the tub came off while using. All around not horrible if you know what you’re going into but not great."

"We had to wait 2 hours after check in time before our room was ready."

"The room had gnats for days. We and the air conditioning did not blow cold. I had to request another room. Immediately after I requested the room. I was given another one. However, the air conditioning did not blow cold air and did not stay on for long. Due to the complaint from the gnats and given another room I just dealt with the air conditioner. I will not revisit and would not recommend anyone to this property."

"They had a horrible smell throughout. The room was so small we had to bring some bags back in the car which I didn’t like bc there were so many people roaming with carts, not very safe. The walls are paper thin. The workers were complaining about still having to be at work cleaning. Pretty sure there was mold on the bed will include pic"

"Had to leave a credit card to access WIFI & TV, wasn’t included in price of room. They also put a $50 hold on my card when I paid for the room a month in advance."
