While this property is small with only 1 air conditioning unit, it was a great price and provided what we needed. Location was great and had many things to do in the area.

Once again absolutely rather be no place else. Got to see an meet the nieghbors, just love St. MARYS and you cant beat the location. The upgrades to the place made it over the top. Sure hope to see you next year.

Amazing place

The apartment was very cute and quaint. The outside doesn’t look overwhelming but, the inside of it was perfect. Also very close to all restaurants and bars. As well as the scenic waterfront. It was definitely a quiet area. Will return in the future.

Great Introduction to St. Mary's

This cozy Apt/cottage met expectations as advertised. What made the trip is the neighbors, and the locals in the area. Our stay was comfortable and cozy safe. Definitely memorable and looking forward to returning.

Tiny apartment - Great location

Visited with family for Easter - excellent location, but very small. Bed was comfortable, shower was barely big enough for me and I'm a small person. Windowpanes in bedroom were very dirty and behind the toilet looks to have never been dusted.

Pleasant getaway

Location is fabulous -- walking distance to Cumberland Island ferry and waterside park, a half-dozen restaurants within a couple of blocks. The unit is comfortable, a little funky but reasonable considering the price. Robert responded to queries immediately. We did have a problem with the wiring but he fixed it promptly.
