This lovely two bedroom seafront holiday apartment with terrace is located on St. Paul’s Bay promenade. The view from the small front terrace is spectacular. Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away. Xemxija is just round the bay and Bugibba is 15 minutes on foot away.

The apartment forms part of the Blue Harbour holiday apartments and this Seafront Holiday Apartment with terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment is few months old internally but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade.

It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbq overlooking the sea. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned.

At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Apartment Specifications:

1) 70sq m internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom with shower.
2) 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator

Facilities:
1) Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
2) Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
3) Iron and ironing board and washing machine.
4) Cots and highchairs are available on request.
5) Apartment is also fully air-conditioned.
6) Fans are provided in each room.
7) Hair dryer.
8) Towels and bed sheets are provided.


*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: "Lost and Found" party event goers are not allowed to book this apartment.

Excellent apartment

Clean, well equipped, good location, near bus stops and eateries. All the charm of a quaint older building (high ceilings, lovely balcony, etc.) with modern appliances, lift, washing machine, microwave, and no problems whatsoever with power or plumbing. Amazing view and attentive hosts. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment with wonderful views

St Pauls is a lovely base for a holiday away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed in this apartment it was well furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Facilities were great clean and tidy and a bottle of rose and water on our arrival, and good prices especially pit stop on the corner . We arrived at our destination over 3 hours late due to delayed flight but all was ready for our late arrival key left for us securely. The barbecue was great Dining al fresco and at the end of our holiday due to a late flight home Ruth and Neville gave us the opportunity to check out late Thanks again we have now stayed in Apartment 1 and 2 would recommend
