Positives- lots of restaurants nearby, staff were friendly, decent breakfast Negatives- room not that clean on arrival and only tidied, not cleaned throughout stay (one day we were out until 4pm and it still hadn’t been cleaned), uncomfortable bed, very thin walls so it was very noisy and we got very little sleep, wifi was patchy, to get hot water in the shower meant the water pressure dropped and was barely a sprinkle

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean BUT the room was small, the beds were uncomfortable and the whole hotel was old. This was a 2 star at best.

Relax Inn personal experience
My stay was good, and staff are friendly and very helpful. however the bedroom door was my only problem, it was really difficult to open if I locked it from the inside. Then the same problem trying to get back into the room, others had the same problem with some doors. The hotel is basic yet rooms are newly done up and lovely large walk in showers. Location is perfect and sea view rooms are available. I would stay here again for sure.

Staff were very good and couldn't help enough ,rooms were basic back adequate. The main problem with the hotel is its closeness to two bars across the street, very noisy which lasts sometimes to the early hours of the morning and one night until 3AM making it impossible to sleep.

This small 3 star hotel is a good value for money. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Friendly welcoming staff and a good breakfast. Really enjoyed the stay!

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Jammer was dat het zwembad erg vies was. Daar durfden we niet in te zwemmen. Een goed ontbijt erbij. Appartement prima , schoon op het balkon na. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Jammer dat we in een bouwput zaten. Elke morgen werden we uit bed geboord om 7.00 uur.

Soundproof?
The receptionist was very nice. Rooms were cleaned every day. Location was good. Rooms are advertised as soundproof. They are not soundproof at all. Why say so when they are not. It would have made no difference if I wasn't expecting this. Satellite TV was not connected to the satellite. Every day they said they would fix it but they never did. Drawers were falling off the rails. A little more effort from the owners and this hotel would be a gem.

No coffee?
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were out all morning until 14:00 and our room was not cleaned. But most frustrating was we had a hot water kettle, cups, but no coffee or tea. Really?!?!?!

I genuinely thought this was too good to be true, the room pictured on Expedia looked newly renovated with a big tv and a beautifully appointed bathroom. I checked in around 1am with the checkin process to be seamless, however thats where the good stopped. The room I was given '505' was like something out of a horror film. Im not opposed to staying in a budget friendly hotel, however, this looked like something that has not been changed or updated since this place opened. The oder of the room left little to be desired and the decor did not help in the slightest. The bathroom was dirty with the toilet bowel being stained. I thought the redeeming factor could be the included air-conditioning, but no, the racket was so loud with the air-conditioning unit, not producing any cooling air whatsoever. The TV was smaller than my iPad and did not seem to turn on. The moment I had a look around the hotel, I immediately started to look for other hotels in the area and was willing to pay to get out of that room. I would never trust any 'local/one hotel brand' hotels on Expedia again.

Ideal location. Amelia was a very helpful lady in the breakfast room. Staff on reception were ok during the day. But very noisy at night into the early hours of the morning

Very poor hotel. No way this was three stars. Didn't get much sleep either ad the road outside the hotel was being repaired. However, the staff were nice enough.
