I stayed for 1 week and the space this apartment has is amazing, 2 balconies were a bonus too. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and even allowed me to stay longer on my last day. The location is great too with just a short walk to the main square and easy access to shops. No complaints at all and would have no hesitation recommending to anyone :-)
This was the first time we had been to Malta and it didn't let us down.
We had arranged a pick up from the airport and that went very smoothly and we were greeted at the apartment and given a quick tour of the apartment.The location was just perfect close to the front but away from the hustle and bustle. Great views from 3 balconies. The facilities were good and we were very comfortable. Buggiba itself is very nice , not as built up as Dilemma and St Julian's bay but easy to get anywhere via public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return at some point in the future. Thanks Neville.
It was a two-bedroom apartment, and it was just about prefect. The apartment is 4.5 metres wide and 25 metres long, including the balconies. That photo is true. The apartment is good for a solo traveller or a small family, it has a balcony with a washing machine with clothesline and a table, main bedroom, a hallway one metre wide a spare bedroom with two single beds. It has a shower, toilet and basin no bath, with an open-plan kitchen with a living room with a small balcony. The main bedroom and the living room have air-con. The living room has a TV, Wi-Fi and no radio. The kitchen has no pantry but has a cupboard with an ironing board and iron, you can use it as a pantry if you must. I did anyway. The apartment have most the appliance said for a blender which I have to purchase. No garage for the car, have to find a park if you have a car. Good luck for that. There is a fire extinguisher and a blanket. The area is okay, there are cars and bus stops everywhere, uneven walkways but the sea is very close. Everything is in walking distance. There are six groceries shops in 300 metre in a straight line and one out a bit, butchers and vegetables shop nearby etc where I was staying. Bugibba does get busy during the night and day when I was there and in June it was a bit hot being summer in Malta. There is a plus about 1500 metres east along the coast there is an aquarium. There are a lot of restaurants, cafés and pubs in Bugibba. I will do it again.
First, you can not ask for better hosts. Ruth & Neville were friendly, patient, accessible - and provided a wealth of helpful tips & answers/information. They have streamlined their property management process, but go above and beyond, attentive both personally and with hard-working, polite staff (Leo!). It’s impossible not to enjoy your stay in their care. The ability to purchase tours through them was extremely convenient! This property was walkable to water (swim, boats), bus transportation, tours, pools, bars, various eateries, supermarkets, fruit stands! The interior of the apartment is new, spacious, clean, and well equipped (scissors, wine opener, kettle, etc.). The towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps were appreciated. The efficient air conditioning units run quick and cold. Wi-fi was good (not bad, not excellent). Only negatives were neighborhood itself (on-season, constantly having to navigate around garbage and off sidewalks to avoid the many construction sites and at night groups of men), cable tv - great selection of channels but freezes or goes out every 15 minutes (annoying when trying to watch a movie), and paper-thin walls so you can hear your neighbors sneeze (and more!). The beds were comfortable, however, and lift/elevator and private washing machine were great assets! Overall, few negatives and MANY positives!!! Would recommend - especially to families needing space close to it all.
Praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet; gut gelegen für die Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung sehr angespannt.
Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, es war alles da was wir brauchten.
Einfach und praktisch. Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll.
Die Komunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

What an excellent apartment and a great base to explore the island!
The apartment itself is pristinely clean, spacious and well equipped, excellent location.
The area is safe and friendly with a good selection of bars and restaurants and very close to the pick up points for boats, day trips etc. There are a lot of building works going on in the area (as with many areas of Malta at the moment) but this didn't affect our stay.
The booking process was very efficient and we had all the relevant information for transfer, checking in, and payment.
Thanks you very much for being excellent hosts, Neville gave us all the relevant information and more! He showed us all of our options for places to visit and places to avoid, how to get there, best times to go and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This was more than useful and really made our stay all the more amazing.
Both hosts were on hand day and night for any assistance which put our minds at ease.
On the whole and excellent stay, great place, fantastic people and we thank you very much for having us!!

Nice apartment
About this apartment I can say only advantages. The location is so close to the square, shops, restaurants. The owner is really helpful and nice.
The apartment is clean, fresh towels and all fascilities.
I can recommend for sure to spend your time there :)

L' appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale, poiché è vicino sia a diverse fermate autobus, sia alla piazza principale di Bugibba; si trova quindi in una zona ideale.
È moderno è molto ben tenuto, e dotato di diversi comfort (ad esempio diversi ventilatori).

Prenotazione cancellata poco prima di partire
Il proprietario ci ha cancellato la prenotazione 10 giorni prima della partenza senza dare nessuna alternativa. Ormai era troppo tardi per trovare un altro appartamento fattibile a Malta poiché li avevano prenotati tutti o quelli che erano rimasti costavano troppo. Inoltre non ci ha dato nessun aiuto per risolvere la questione.

Honest review good and bad
Neville,Ruth and staff were really helpful and friendly.
On arrival our private taxi transfer we booked through Neville didn,t turn up. Contacted Neville and he dealt with it prompty. He arranged another taxi and didn't charge us, up graded us to the pent house apartment and gave us a bottle of wine all free of charge-couldn't have asked for anything more.
The apartment was lovely (as all the ones in seashells apartment block are). Great location and secure. However there is major biulding works going on next door as well as in most of the resort. We were woken around 6.30am every morning which we didn't appreciate at all and think we should have been informed before we booked (also surprised no mention of the major building work in the whole resort wasn't mention in any travel forums).
Lastly after paying for a private return taxi transfer to the airport we were disappointed that we were picked up in a mini bus and picked up another couple at the other end of the resort. No big deal really but a bit cheeky when we had paid extra for private taxi.
Despie the above for what we paid and standard of appartment and helpfulness of staff l would still recommend staying in seashells if you really want to go to Bugibba.

a place to enjoy life in Malta
We can strongly recommend this apartment as everything was as described and even better. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely the best you can have in Buggiba. It is close to everything but quiet and shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
We especially liked the washing machine as we have never experienced this device on a balcony before. Everybody is very helpful and we will definitely come back.

very pleasant stay in lovely apartment.
Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay there. And only two minutes walk to the sea. Bugibba is a lovely place with easy access to the buses and ferries. Good friendly bars, restaurants and shops close by.

The apartment is what you need for a self-providing stay in Malta.
The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need and has two nice (small) terrasses, one with a view over the city and one with a view over the harbour.
The best thing about the apartment are the owners: very friendly, very helpful, very well organized.
