"The rooms were trash. The staff was Not knowledgeable or courteous or helpful or informative. The parking was dirty, dark and dreary. And there were bugs in the room. And I need to get a full refund!"

"I mean sure, it’s a great location, but our bed sheets were dirty on one bed and the bed that was clean, right next to it, there was mold growing behind the rubber pieces that’s supposed to be attached to the wall… but was not.There was sand in the floor BEFORE we had even went to the beach. The lady up front was quick to refund me so there is that, but definitely wasn’t nice about it and you could tell she definitely didn’t want to. I wouldn’t book here, instead go to garden city and stay at their inn. This place was run down, the elevator sounded like it was going to snap at any moment. The front desk staff weren’t “friendly” but they weren’t mean either, just nothing. Like there to do a job and screw you for checking in and out lol. I will attach pictures this was Friday May 22, 2026. We were in room 703, ocean front room. Also adding, this was apparently Black Bike week so all the roads were closed off and turned into one way traffic and the police (state, city, county, beach, and wildlife and game police) we stationed at the bottom of EVERY ocean front hotel. One guy was being arrested and someone loaded into an ambulance while we departed to leave just hours after arriving due to everything. I just wouldn’t recommend here, at all. Save your money and go somewhere a little nicer than Myrtle Beach and specifically THIS hotel."

"This waterfront hotel was amazing! It is located at the south end of Myrtle Beach near the airport. It's at the quieter end away from all the shops and hubbub. It had four outdoor pool areas that included a big and a kiddie river, a kiddie play area, and a big pool. Under a covered area, it had two big pools, a kiddie lazy river and two very large hot tubs. There was a really nice Tiki Bar for adult beverages in the covered area. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and several different lawn games. Lots of flowers and palmetto trees. The beach in front of the hotel is huge. The hotel provides towels for the pool area. There are chairs and umbrellas available on the beach for a fee. The covered parking lot is connected to the hotel and there is a daily charge. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved sitting out on our balcony and looking at the beach and ocean. The hotel has a really nice hot breakfast- waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, pastries and juices. There were 4 workers manning the breakfast area. There's lots of tables and chairs to eat at. There is coffee and hot tea available throughout the day. The restaurant is really nice with good food for reasonable prices. There's a little ice cream shop, too. The people were so friendly. Our flight home was in the evening, but we were given a day pass to allow us to use the pool area and facilities for the rest of the day. This is a fantastic hotel, especially for families."

"This is a beautiful resort that, while clearly showing its age, is well-maintained. There is plenty to see and do, and the beachfront location provides stunning sunrise views. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. Specifically, our room featured a connecting door, which meant we could hear everything from the neighbors next door, making it difficult to maintain privacy. Despite that, we enjoyed our time here."
