"I have stayed in several Divan hotels in Turkey, but this Divan hotel in Mesin in Excellent in providing services. The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet. "Had a great stay at this hotel. Best hotel in Tarsus. Was just difficult to find staff to sort things out and the air conditioning didn’t work. Apart from that, great hotel. Would definitely stay there again "
"Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you. "

The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up. "
