Cosy 2-room apartment (45 square metres) with a view of the Wadden Sea, located right on the new beach promenade with a fitness trail and playgrounds. <br>The pier, shops, numerous restaurants, a water park, and a cinema are all within a 1- to 5-minute walk.<br><br>The apartment features a large living room with a comfortable kitchenette (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave) and dining area.<br><br>The sunny southwest-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the large beach chair. <br><br>TV, stereo system (radio and CD player), and a recliner in the living room. <br><br>The bathroom and bedroom have been newly renovated, as have the floors and doors. <br><br>The bedroom features two new single beds (80x200 cm), space for a 120 cm children’s bed, and a wardrobe.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, <br>. You can park your car in a shaded and sheltered spot in the carport right next to the front door (maximum height 2m),<br>. There is a storage area for bicycles and strollers, <br>.
