Calm. At the Forest. With fireplace.

Cozy 3-room apartment in the house "Reimer" with about 60 square meters on 2 levels (floor, DG) for up to 4 people. In a quiet location at the end of a traffic-calmed street in the district of Bad in Sankt Peter-Ording. The property is adjacent to a grove.

Living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2 seater), armchairs, small TV, radio with CD player, dining table with 4 chairs and woodburning stove. Direct access to the furnished, sheltered balcony to the southwest with beautiful views of the adjacent grove.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Behind a door is the access to the 2. Bedroom.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs, radio. Access to this bedroom via a very steep staircase with kid gate.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, hair dryer and natural light. Separate toilet with sink.

Hall with cloakroom, mirror and built-in wardrobe with ironing set and vacuum cleaner in the entrance area. 

Parking space next to the house. Bicycle rack at the house. The house has a storage room with communal washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Free highchair. Telephone and free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Die angebotene Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt gesehen i.O. Zu bemängeln sind eigentlich nur die stark knarrenden Sessel im WZ, sowie die lautstark knarrende Treppe zum Dachgeschoss. Ausserdem sccheint der Warmwasserboiler etwas unterdimensioniert zu sein. Ein duschen ohne Kaltwassereinlagen war nicht möglich. Der Boiler wurde zwar vom Service kontrolliert, aber eine bessere Warmwasserleistung war auch danach nicht festzustellen.
