Die Lage des Wohnobjektes ist optimal. Es liegt im Ortsteil St. Peter Ording Dorf direkt an der Dorfstraße. Parkplatz und Fahrradständer sind im Hof vorhanden. Gegenüber befindet sich der Bäcker, in 30 Meter Entfernung der Supermarkt. In der nahen Umgebung findet man nette kleine Läden, Restaurants und Cafes, sowie Aldi und Lidl.
Der Weg zum Strand ist durch die lang gezogene Lage des Ortes immer recht lang. Ein Fahrrad ist immer empfehlenswert.
Die Wohnung selbst ist für 3 Personen ausgelegt und einfach eingerichtet. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist supersteil und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht so ganz in Ordnung.
Im großen und ganzen aber zu empfehlen.
