"Im Hotel lag meine Buchung nicht vor. Mir wurde auf Nachfrage alternativ ein Zimmer ohne Bad angeboten, welches ich ablehnte. Es hieß nur: "Dann nicht..." Hilfe wurde nicht angeboten. Die Schuld wurde Hotels.com gegeben, dort müsse ich mich beschweren. Ich habe 2 Stunden vor Ort nach einem freien Zimmer in anderen Hotels gesucht. Bei einer Übernachtung fehlte diese Zeit natürlich. Über die Tourist-Info war ich dann erfolgreich."
