Well equipped middle house part in the house "Böhler corner" with 3 rooms and approx. 48 square meters on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 4 persons. In a quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. Sea dike within a few minutes walk. Restaurants, a bakery with a mini market and other shops are in the neighborhood.

Living room with 2 sofas (2 and 3 seater), armchairs, TV (cable), radio, CD player and dining table for 4 people. Furnished south-facing terrace and small garden accessible from the living room. Open kitchen to the living room with fridge and stove.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90 x 200cm), large wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 chairs.
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200cm), wardrobe and chair.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and daylight.

Hallway with wardrobe, mirror and shoe rack in the entrance area.

Fewo gut für Kurzurlaub

Die Fewo liegt etwas Abseits vom 'lebendigen' SPO, was nicht negativ gemeint ist. Ca. 100m entfernt eine Bäckerei für tägliche frische Brötchen - außer Sa.. Für einen Kurzurlaub, ist die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Fewo gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde mir der Ofen und eine Spülmaschine dann doch fehlen, ebenso wenigstens ein Stoffvorhang für das Badezimmerfenster. Auch wir haben kurzzeitig eine wohl erkrankte Nachbarin miterlebt, die nächtliche verbale Schreiattaken erleidet - wir sind nicht persönlich davon betroffen gewesen und konnten angemessen damit umgehen. Die Zeit unseres Urlaubs haben wir genossen und können die Unterkunft für Urlauber ohne Luxusanspruch weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, Becker um die Ecke. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Deich.

Es wäre super wenn es noch was zum Fahrräder unterstellen geben würde .

Urlaub vom 8.6. - 15.6.19

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles Sauber und ordentlich. Was sehr störend war, ist die direkte Nachbarin die dort dauerhaft wohnt. Lautes Geschreie ,Gepöpel und randalieren in ihrer Wohnung, auch Nachts. Das ist nicht zumutbar.
