  • The two-storey "small beach paradise" is new in the rental and ideal for 2 people. Bright and modern furnishings, equipped with a comfortable fitted kitchen and underfloor heating for the cold season. In the summer months, the 36 sqm roof terrace invites you to linger outdoors.
    The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house and has a separate entrance, which can be reached via an external staircase. Living and dining room, kitchenette and the bathroom are on the first floor. The very cozy sleeping area is reached via a staircase in the loft. Depending on requirements, the pull-out couch in the living area can be used as a sleeping accommodation for up to two people.
