    The comfortable living area features a sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table. A dining table with four chairs is also provided. The kitchen was renovated in 2020 and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, dishes, a coffee maker, a Tchibo "Cafissimo" capsule machine, pots and pans, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a kettle.

    The bedroom, with two bedside tables and a wardrobe, offers a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) and a flat-screen satellite TV.

    An additional sleeping option is a fold-down double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m) with a wardrobe.

    The bathroom consists of a shower, sink, and toilet.

    For entertainment in the living room, there is a 55K flat-screen satellite TV and Wi-Fi (included).
