"Im not one to leave a review unless i receive a stellar experience but for the sake of someone else not winding up in the position I was in where I ended up after checking out less than 24 hours after checking in when i had already paid for a multiple day stay that was non refundable. This was honestly the worst place ive ever stayed in my entire life. The room itself was deplorable. Nothing worked including the lights, microwave and the TV. There was no heat and it was in the 20's outside so the room was freezing. The bed was dirty and disgusting. The entire property reeked of cigarettes and cheap weed. There was a rotten orange, a used condom and a dime bag of with white residue in it on the floor under the table in the room. I could go on about the mold and many other things but hopefully you get the point. The entire place was so deplorable I ended up leaving instead of staying. I would recommend no one stay here ever. "

"Clean & cozy spot close to everything you could possibly need in Albany. It is a new property listing so there are a couple kinks being worked out still but the property owner was very attentive to making sure all needs were met. Overall was a very good experience & we would recommend staying here! We will be reaching out when we return to Albany for our future long term stays! "

"I didn’t know that this was a section 8 house. Floors under couch and beds dirty as ever, never cleaned. All towel holders as well as toilet paper holders falling off and loose, hot water in downstairs bathroom cool at start and slowly cools down as you take a shower. Air conditioners still in windows in the dead of winter, neat doesn’t keep up so house is cold. Kitchen sink faucet barely on loose. Bed pillows are flat, holes in ceilings, house is a dump."
