Неприятный запах в номере, проветривание не помогает, пол, подоконник грязные. Были проблемы с горячей водой, затем с холодной водой, в общем нормально не помыться.

Hirveä henkilökunta! Hotellivirkailija vaatii pankkikortin numeroa ja tilinumeroa, Venäjän oleskelulupaa ja osoite, mutta emme asu Venäjällä, kun asumme Helsingissä.Työntekijä puhui erittäin epäkohteliaasti ja ylivoimaisesti ylimielisesti! Me maksoimme Expedian kautta, mutta ylläpitäjä väitti, ettemme maksa Hotellin huonea. Expedian Nettisivuilla oli ilmoitettu, että aamiainen sisältyy kaikkiin huoneisiin. Klo 22.00 ja 1.00 välisenä aikana selvitettiin kysymys aamiaisesta. Lopulta saimme vastauksen: Emme ole köyhiä ja ruokimme sinua aamulla aamiaisella. Mut aamiainen sisältyy hintaan.Aamiainen on erittäin huono. Kylpyhuoneessa on paljon hometta, on mahdotonta suihkussa Sänky ja vuodevaatteet ovat hyvin vanhoja, että on hankalaa nukkua.
