Charming Studio with Shared Garden and Pool

This lovely, newly built studio accommodates 2 to 4 guests and is just 2 km from the town center. Located 10 minutes from Les Baux de Provence, 20 minutes from Avignon, and 50 minutes from the beaches of Camargue, Nîmes, and Marseille. The studio is adjacent to the main house, giving you free access to the shared garden and pool with the owners and guesthouse residents.



The spacious main room features a double bed (160x200), armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), TV (TNT antenna), dining table with 4 chairs, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The mezzanine offers a sofa bed (140x200) and a dresser.



Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival. Parking is available on the property.



Please note, the mezzanine is not fully separated from the main room. The studio is not suitable for young children. Additional guests must be teenagers or at most one extra adult.



The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.



The owners speak Dutch, German, Flemish, French, and English.



Pets are welcome; please respect the property and the neighbors' peace.
