Gite du Mas in Eygalières Bouisseau

  • Mas Bouisseau is an authentic Mas Provençal dating from the nineteenth century, located in the countryside 1.5 km from the village center.
    This is a family estate for 5 generations where we continue the cultivation of the olive tree in a traditional way.
    Opportunity to taste and buy olive oil from our 100% natural production.

    The cottage is located at the end of the Mas, slightly set back and surrounded by olive trees. No other lodging. It is a real haven of peace to take the time to live in Provence. Tranquility and calm.
    We have furnished with great care this charming cottage of 36 m2 for 2 people with:
    - on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge-TV,
    - upstairs bedding quality 160 x 200 and a walk-in shower,
    - Outside a nice terrace and garden furniture.
    A garage is at your disposal; as well as a cellar allowing you to store bicycles, luggage or others.

    The rental price is all inclusive (all inclusive): cleaning included, sheets, towels, heating, electricity, WIFI.

    Non-smoking cottage, pets not allowed.

    Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Spiral staircase to access the bedroom and bathroom.

    Highlights: Quiet, quiet, discreet. We offer some seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organic vegetable garden.

    Eygalières is a commune in the Regional Natural Park of Alpilles.
    It is a village of Provence very popular and in vogue which knew to remain authentic and welcoming: numerous bars, restaurants, small trade and animations.

Beautiful setting

This is a pleasant, quiet, updated and well-maintained small stone house. The garden is beautiful and restful, and the location is excellent. A few things: there is a narrow, very steep spiral staircase which is not for the uncoordinated or faint of heart. The kitchen is minimal, with little tableware, a half-dishwasher, and no oven, which we note because we had intended on baking a birthday cake. The landlady/family are very nice and help to make for a pleasant stay.

A gem in rural Providence

It would be hard beat to the location,the quaint setting, tasteful conversion of this Provincial farm to outstanding accomodations.Only improvement I would suggest is sending a PDF of a map/directions for those driving in whose GPS looses it signal

Little slice of heaven in the most beautiful area

Sometimes you hesitate to write a certain type review becasue you want to keep a place to yourself. This is how we feel about this fantastic little gite and our gracious and charming hosts, Monique, Maurice (and Gregory). Everything is as described and the place is cozy... but you cannot find a better location in a special part of the world. From being greeted with a giant bowl of figs from the owner's farm, to being surrounded by their 850 Olive tress and a postcard-worthy view of Les Alpilles, we spent a glorious 4 nights at the Gite wishing we could have stayed for more. Merci!

Schönes Ferienhäuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage in einem großen, parkähnlichen Garten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise braucht (Kaffeemaschine für Nescafé Dolce Gusto Kapseln). Das Haus hat zwei Etagen; nach oben, wo sich Schlafzimmer, Dusche und ein separates WC befinden, gelangt man über eine enge Wendeltreppe (im EG gibt es kein WC). Schnelles WLAN. Ein Auto kann schattig in einer Scheune geparkt werden. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum mit Lademöglichkeit für Ebikes. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen im 2 km entfernten, sehr gefälligen Egalières (dort auch mehrere Restaurants). Größere Supermärkte gibt's zB in Saint-Remy-de-Provence.

Wunderschön und absolute Ruhe

Eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Häuschen. Klein und fein!!! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Haus und Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt und die Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen ist absolut ruhig. Vielen Dank Monique und Maurice

Ein Traum für Provence-Liebhaber

Die Lage des kleines Häuschens ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt für Menschen, die gerne spazieren gehen oder Fahrrad fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten gar nicht weg.
