  • Enjoy a comfortable stay in this lovely two-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath townhome, ideally located near great restaurants and shopping and just about 1 mile from the St. Simons beaches. The community offers an onsite pool and fitness center for your convenience.

    Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen along with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home during your getaway.

    Step outside to a very nice patio area—perfect for you and your family to relax and unwind when you’re taking a break from the beach or exploring everything the island has to offer.
    Remove all trash before departure. Please do not leave leftovers or other open food items in the refrigerator.

    All dishes used should be cleaned and placed back in cabinets before departure.

    Quiet hours are between 11 and 7am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

    Any obnoxious noise will not be tolerated. Glynn County rules concerning pets apply.
