This property is misleading. It was dirty. Outdated. It was like walking in Grandma's old house. It was musky smelling. Whoever is doing the repairs and painting is not qualified or either cheapest the owner can find. We picked up a total of 7 dead roaches. There is roach debris on the counter and stove. There was rat poop on the stove. The AC took about 30 minutes to come on and makes a loud noise. The AC vents was very dusty and not clean. When checking in, the property manager was helpful in locating the correct building. The address carries you to a gated property. The property manager stated she just acquired the property and only had a picture to send me to locate the property. She also stated she never seen the property and the owner was a female preacher in North Georgia. This was a anniversary getaway for us and didn't have time to try and find a better property on the day of arrival. This property needs a deep cleaning and updating. The refrigerator has rust on the side. The furniture looks yard sale items, and is very uncomfortable. Curtain rod and curtains for the bedroom closet door and to hide the washer and dry. The back door will not open. This is the 2nd worst VRBO that we've ever been to.
