The dining area seats six at a classic wood table, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash — everything you need to make morning coffee or a home-cooked coastal dinner. The adjoining living room is anchored by a comfortable sofa and leather recliner, a mounted TV, and a ceiling fan, with sliding glass doors opening onto a private screened porch. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine at the patio table while looking out over lush, wooded greenery — a true extension of the living space, bug-free and shaded.



A stylish powder room completes the main floor for guests and entertaining.



Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms:



Primary Suite — a spacious room with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a glass walk-in shower and marble-topped vanity.

Guest Bedroom — a coastal-inspired room with a queen four-poster bed and dresser, filled with natural light.

Third Bedroom — furnished with two twin beds, ideal for kids, friends, or additional guests.



A full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the second and third bedrooms, and a dedicated laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer is tucked away for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
