You won't find a better vacation home for this value!



Only 2 miles from the pier and beach! This freshly renovated charming 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones.



Stylishly decorated, this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or small families traveling to the area.



It has 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen size pull-out couch with linens. We have beach chairs and beach towels. There are also two bikes available for your use.



There is a community pool and gym steps away. You also can walk to the Starbucks (though there is a Keurig in the home) and grocery store in less than 2 minutes. The closest beach is only 2 miles away so you can take the bikes that are provided or drive!



It's also walking distance to Red Fern Village and Ember!



The back patio offers comfy outdoor furniture and a place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.





Please note:



There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. The pool is open seasonally from about 4/1-10/31.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Trailers and boats are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $145 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Sandy Shores Retreat. The condo was spacious and clean and exactly as represented in the photos. We used one of the bicycles provided, and it was very nice. I so enjoyed the outdoor patio area in the mornings and evenings. The location is great. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros - Cleanliness of condo, responsiveness of property manager, comfortable bed, convenient location.Cons - No place to put any belongings. No dresser in either bedroom (only beds and nightstands) and zero hangers in the big closets. You cannot unpack anything!

Cockroach

Our trip was cut short 2 days due to waking up to a large cockroach crawling on a bedside table. We notified the company at 9:30 AM. They replied around 5-6:00 PM. However, since we had not heard back all day, we left at 3:00 PM. There wasn’t any correspondence about coming to resolve the issue. It was only brought up as a suggestion after us asking for a refund for the 2 nights we would miss and long after we had left. They shrugged it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. Our biggest concern was the potential nightmare of them hitching a ride back home with us. Roaches are harmful to health, almost impossible to get rid of, and can become a costly issue to deal with.
