"This hotel was wonderful. We were able to check in a little early with no extra fees. The rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The free breakfast in the morning was very good with many options. It is an easy walking distance to everything. We would stay here again."

"Great location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only problem is that I paid for parking ($92) with my reservation thru Hotels.com and now I see on my credit card that the hotel also charged me for parking. Now I have to fix that problem. "

"This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Chicago. I booked the Superior room with a view of the river walk. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The view was perfect to see the fireworks. I was there for NYE. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and steps away from the river walk. The hotel employees were helpful and friendly. Also, if you take the Big Bus to see the city, pick up is across the street from the hotel. The largest Starbucks in the world is within walking distance of the hotel. The price was great!! The only con is the rooms could use some updates, but I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
