Enjoy our studio unit located in Sapphire Village Condominium development! Our unit is smoke-free, pet-free, fully air conditioned, and offers breathtaking views of neighboring USVI and BVI.

You will have access to the pools on property, a BBQ, coin laundry located near management office, and steps away from Sapphire Beach. There is parking available directly in front of the unit.

You will certainly enjoy the restaurant on property under new management. On Sapphire Beach, there are opportunities to rent beach equipment and enjoy beach/water activities, at an additional cost. You'll also find Sapphire Beach Bar for both a delicious lunch/dinner and live entertainment. Our location is just the place to be if you want to have all of the necessary vacation amenities at your fingertips.

We loved staying in Saphirre Vilage. Lots to do and the area is beautiful. Very convent to catch the ferry to St John as well

Best location on the island

We had a perfect stay at Mary’s place. The bed was super comfortable. We love staying in Sapphire Village for its proximity to the ferry and other charters, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely recommend this stay. We’re excited for our next visit!

Pleasant stay

My husband and our two friends stayed at two different apartments in sapphire village area , the pool was very close to the building , easy entry to property , very nice staff and our host was very friendly and responded quickly to and question . Had a wonderful stay we will definitely be back .

Super cute studio

Loved our condo! Would absolutely stay here again. Just so other guests are aware: this is the highest building on the hill of other condos, and the walk to the beach involves some VERY steep hills. We definitely got our exercise in!

Beautiful veiws steep hills

The property is beautiful very close to the beach and marina several locally owned restaurants in walking distance. Only surprise was how steep the hills were getting to the rooms as i was in the very top unit.

Cute condo near an awesome beach

This is a cute condo near an awesome beach. The condo itself is a studio with everything you need. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. It's a bit of a hike down but we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach. Sapphire Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and is especially fun once the cruise ship crowd clears out in the evening. :) We had pizza on the beach for dinner two nights in a row and it was magical.

The inside of the property was pretty much as advertised, except the coffee maker had been changed out, there was no indication of the wifi and pw and the curtain rod was hanging down a bit bc the middle support had become detached. What was not indicated was that the property was on a very steep slope. Walking up to it was very difficult and even driving was a challenge.

Our stay was brief but enjoyable. The room was very basic. There were beach chairs and materials available on the terrace. Our only issue was the use of the air conditioner. The remote was very cryptic and hard to control

Hilltop Beauty

Enjoyed our stay at St Kitts in Sapphire Village. The views were beautiful. Close to the pool and Sudis restaurant. The climb up from the beach to the unit is pretty brutal and we are avid walkers but we managed. The unit was pretty much as advertised. The air conditioner is very loud and blows on you in bed all night. Tried just leaving the door open but the Roosters kept us awake all night😂 Great proximity to Red Hook and Ferry.

Domestic disturbance above or next door

At 5am neighbors that were either above us or next door got into a shouting match that lasted for over an hour. Of course this has nothing to do with the owner of our VRBO, but wondered if they too were VRBO guests or owners.

The unit was exactly as stated in the photos and description. Everything we required was provided and available. The unit was well-cooled, bed comfortable and very clean. We had stayed in the village previously and knew that it suited our needs. We could not ask for anything more in this stay and would be happy to return!

Short term stay at Sapphire Bay

My husband and I were looking for a single night accommodation before flying out of St. Thomas the next morning. Mary was very accommodating with early check-in for which we were very grateful. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. Better than the photos online.
