Eagle’s nest

Very nice property.Uncle Albert was very responsive and ensured our stay went good. We drove to the property on the night and initially had difficulty locating first time but other than that everything was good. The house was neat and well maintained and ensured we had a good time

Anniversary trip

Our stay at Eagles Nest was nice. It was clean and close to Limetree Beach. The only problem was using the address on my Google maps gps. The address provided, even though correct took me a mile or so from Eagles Nest. I would recommend using the Waze app. It wasn't the owners fault. I would recommend Eagles Nest to anyone for a nice reasonably priced stay

Above and Beyond

Uncle Albert and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts. We stayed with them over the winter holidays. He picked us up from the airport on Christmas Day and shuttled us to the property (he does charge extra for this) We found the property very clean, and it was very well stocked with anything we needed for cooking or just relaxing. While we were staying with them, they made sure we felt at home, directed us to local stores, eateries and points of interest. We overpacked for our trip, so he let us leave a box of extra clothes while we toured the other islands for a few days. When we came back from the other islands, he picked us up again and got us settled in our property. Anytime we had questions or needed directions, he was available and happy to help. We would highly recommend staying with these hosts. They understand the hospitality industry and are a credit to VRBO. We would love to stay here again! Thank you-Joe and Trudy

Perfect Apartment for our Quick Stay

We needed a place for 1 night due to flight changes and Albert's home was just perfect to rest up before heading to our resort for the week. Home was very clean and welcoming. We walked to Limetree Resort to grab some dinner and Albert was happy to taxi us the next day to get our rental car. Very friendly host and great start to our vacation! Thank you!!

Advertised incorrectly and broken items

Advertised as sleeps 6 but only sleeps 4 max. Hide away couch/bed slips on floor causing it to collapse. Had to sleep on floor. JCoffee maker was broken. No hot water. Communication from property was limited. They did not respond to VRBO messaging but the Property Manager was pretty good texting replies. Google Maps did not a accurately find the address so we spent about 45 minutes trying to find the place. Emailed directions ahead of time would be helpful. On the positive: deck was cute and peaceful; owner provided bottled water in the fridge; air conditioning worked well.

My wife and I stayed for one week. We found the condo very, very nice. It has a great kitchen, a nice back balcony off the bedroom, and it's centralized on the southern coast of St. Thomas. The air conditioning worked well. We had good weather in general, but we could keep the windows open on some nights. It was nice to find coffee for the next morning after our arrival. The Keuric coffee maker made mornings very easy. Parking was great right next to the condo. Plenty of room in the refrigerator, lots of glasses and plates. Great pots and pans along with all the utensils for making some great meals. The living room and bedroom were well appointed and very comfortable. The wifi was more than adequate for streaming TV and the Internet.

Well appointed and spotless

This rental was a comfortable fit in a good location. Basically everything you could want is in the apartment and the owners have generously provided lots of little extras not normally found in a rental. I can’t overstate how clean everything was, and that’s a big factor for me when renting. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I will definitely be back.

Lovely stay on the hillside

Such a fantastic stay!! The place has an adorable little balcony to take your morning breakfast on. All the amenities of home with a quaint kitchen and living area. Albert was amazingly accommodating, always a quick phone call away to answer any questions and even took us to Magens Bay during our stay! Recommend to tell taxi’s to take you to the entrance of Limetree Hotel, and then call Albert to get you the rest of the way. Wonderful stay and we’ll have to come back again!!

Perfect home

My stay was AMAZING!!!! We had some miscommunication in the beginning but everything was PERFECT! I felt like I was home my entire stay. I came with my husband, sister and 1 year old son and we enjoy every second. Let's just say Uncle Albert is now family!!! He was the best host and here for my family and I every step of the way.. Quiet Escape

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Albert and his lovely wife made us feel welcomed and were beyond helpful. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It is in walking distance to Limetree resort which has two really good restaurants.

ALBERT IS THE BEST!!!!

Property owner/transportation guy Albert made our experience unbelievably better than we could’ve imagined. From the time he picked us up from the airport, he was a book of knowledge on anything you needed to know about the island or any other questions you might have. The unit was as advertised. Highly recommended and definitely coming back here for another stay.

One bedroom outside Havensight

Albert the host is fabulous. Lovely man who also has a taxi business and picked us up at the airport (highly recommend arranging airport transportation ahead of time). The location definitely needs a car. The road leading anywhere has no sidewalks and very narrow and windy with cars driving fast so VERY hard to walk anywhere. There is no uber and the taxi service in general seems to be unregulated with prices all over the place. The bedroom in the photo is lovely - light and nice size. The rest of the apt, however, is very dark. It is a fine space for 2 people. The sofabed in the living space is VERY hard. The place was very clean.

Great spot for a quick get away

Great spot to rest our heads as we explore the island. Was a little hard to find but we were able to call and get directions. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items for us to use and comfortable. Would recommend this property to others for sure.

HONEYMOOOOON HIDEAWAY

It was wonderful staying at Estate Bakkero. Not only was the view to die for but, the visit was wonderful! Albert and his wife made everything seemless for us, we had such a wonderful time. The location was wonderful, we could walk to a beach and restaurant, we were ten min from the heart of CA. There was so much to do and it was just an overall wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back, this time with our children in tow! Don't you worry "the lovebirds" will see you next year! We can't wait!

Best hosts ever

I really loved Albert and Emanuella's property. Not only are they super welcoming with wonderful hospitality, they also provided us with rides and tour throughout our stay. All the necessities and then some was provided. The apartment was clean, well sanitized and comfortable. The view from the patio was awesome... so beautiful! We already plan to come back and stay with them again!
