Great resort. I chose it for having both ocean access and a great pool. The room was spacious for myself and two teens. Also, having a full size refrigerator AND laundry facilities available is also a huge perk!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with amazing staff at the front desk and that cater to your room needs. The pool was phenomenal with a hilarious bartender named Chris. Excellent service everywhere.

The room was clean. Only had an issue with the AC leaking. Maintenance came out look at it, put towels down.... The staff eas very friendly and helpful each time we needed a taxi. Didn't see anyone with their pets, but i did see a cat, chickens, and a crab on the property, lol.

We’ve been to St Thomas and St John and mostly stay in AirBNB rentals. First time and Limetree and we will absolutely be back. The property has everything you need at a reasonable price point. Great for families or couples. It’s quiet, private but convenient to all of main areas on the island.

Really a beautiful place to stay. Close to the ferry and shopping. Very clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with providing information on local sights. If you need a taxi -ask for Philmore. He was great!! He knows the island like the back of his hand! Always on time. Great tour guide and very friendly.

The location is superb! The landscaping is beautiful and though an older property, it was very well maintained. We loved not having to leave the property to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Market was great for room snacks and incidentals. The pergolas overlooking the beach and ocean was a favorite spot. The nicely "zone" designed pool with the bar was a delight late in the day. The studio was nicely appointed with a very comfortable king bed in a private sleeping space, but the stairs took time getting use to. There was no office center and service overall was slow.

Its quiet and not a large and crazy resort. I loved the small area feel and service was SO good. Happy hour and food selections are surprisingly delicious and affordable. Good size portions and well prepared. Staff couldn't be more lovely and helpful.

Beautiful property. Very clean and well-appointed. There restaurant on premises was perfect. Just what we were looking for several nights of our stay... nothing fancy but decent food and a good variety. The pool is amazing, although the pool bar hours were limited. The beach is lovely but pretty rocky in the water, so if you really want a beautiful beach to spend some time at, drive 15 minutes to Sapphire Beach, near Red Hook.

The property was absolutely beautiful. What was most important was the staff. Manuel(property manager) really took it upon himself to make a booking disaster(not the property's fault) into a normal and very enjoyable experience for us. We'd also like to personally thank the rest of the phenomenal staff that aided in our stay , Micaela, Kirsten and the other concierge gentleman(sorry cant remember his name), Ashley and Michai were all very instrumental in our extraordinary visit. We would definitely visit Limetree resort again !

The property was well laid out. I enjoyed the walk-out beach access that my room offered. My only negatives would be the food at the restaurant and the lack of parking. I ordered a NY strip and shrimp plate. The demi glaze sauce was TOO salty and made the steak inedible and the shrimp were charbroiled to a blackened state for a dish that was not blackened. To improve customer service, I would recommend daily housekeeping service rather than the COVID schedule that many facilities have adopted. People want to be unencumbered with worrying about making beds, clean linens, towels and trash attracting ants. Overall, a very nice resort. I would return.

Very nice location with an amazing pool adjacent to the beach. Nice poolside bar. The condos were reasonable well appointed with some amenities. The outsides looked rather sterile for a tropical paradise resort especially the entries but this was not so important. Reasonably affordable sometimes quite good food at the one open restaurant and a decent happy hour menu. The place is a mix between condos and hotel, so many hotel like amenities not there (one tiny bottle of shampoo and no replacements.) so bring your own . The beach is beautiful but not the greatest for for swimming (could have been the surf when we were there but rocks abound on the beach. ). The staff were friendly and generally helpful. The internet was out in our last morning which made making plans a bit challenging but I suspect this is uncommon. You have to pay for high speed. Would go back again for the pool, views and reasonable cost

Limetree Beach Resort was a great hotel to stay for our 4-day getaway. The workers were friendly and very down to earth. It was a diverse crowd stay at this resort. I loved the pool and enjoyed that it was a few steps away from the beach! The beach over at this resort is clean.. I didn't like that the marketplace closed so early. Once they were closed, there wasn't much to really munch or drink when you had a late night craving. The hotel was a taxi ride to everywhere. Even though everything seemed close, nothing was walking distance. The cart drivers are not always available, and taxi rides charge per person, not destination. The hotel was cleaned and well maintained. We had a mini kitchen equipped with utensils, which was a plus. They were grateful enough to decorate the room for my significant other birthday. (Shout out to the maintenance team and everyone who supported us there). Alyssa, Tiffany, Anthony, and others were very helpful with finding things to do in the area) The restaurant at the resort has great scenery, the staff were friendly, attentive and the food was delicious! Overall, I would recommend this resort!
