The Condo

Upon stepping into our slice of heaven you will have a view of beautiful Caribbean water and St. John Island. But that’s just the beginning. To your right is a fully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. To your left, a closet and dresser for storing your favorite bathing suit. Past the bathroom is the king size bed for a comfortable night’s sleep after a long day at the pool or beach. The sliding wood doors give you privacy from the living room or can be left open to awaken to the beautiful view.
Your living area consists of a dining table for four, a kitchen and a sleeper sofa perfect for two children or 1 adult.
Out your double sliding glass doors you have a covered patio with table seating for four plus extra seating for guests that stop by for a drink.
Past the patio are two chairs for sunning near the condo, or walk a few steps to the beautiful pool area and beach. The pool has multiple depths to accommodate different levels of swimmers. With lots of lounge chairs to relax, take in the beauty and enjoy your home away from home.

The Bathroom

The bathroom has recently been remodeled with a sliding glass door walk-in shower and double sinks. Fluffy towels, both for showering and the beach are provided. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a meal in or wine and cheese before dining at one of the area restaurants. Including break resistant dishes and cups perfect for safe outdoor dining with the kids.
There is a full-size refrigerator and a four-burner electric cooktop. While there is no full-size oven, we do have a microwave/convection oven. It is able to both microwave and convection bake up to a 13x9 dish.
Also included are a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender and an electric kettle.

The Patio

There is an electric grill. Also, on the patio is a box with an assortment of beach and pool toys and floats. Snorkeling gear is available. We ask these to be thoroughly washed and disinfected before and after each use. The chairs and toys are provided for the use of all our guests. Please return any items you use to the box on the patio.

Condo Amenities

Free WIFI is available in the condo. It is also equipped with cable TV in the living area and the bedroom. Easy guest access with a coded door lock. This code is specific to your stay and is changed after each guest. The resort has a guard house entry and free parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this Caribbean condo! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and with easy access to the pool. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation, including tons of beach toys, chairs, towels, and even high-quality snorkel gear. We also really appreciated the helpful information provided about the surrounding area—great recommendations for dining, activities, and local spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend!

Paradise for the Two of Us- Husband and Wife Trip

Paradise for the two of us was absolutely perfect! The owners took great care to update the property to feel like absolute luxury! Fully stocked beautiful kitchen and high-top table were great. The absolute best spot is the outdoor patio area! We ate all of our meals out there. You can see the pool and right past it to the shimmering ocean. Amazing view! Patti provided tons of information and was a wonderful caring host. It shows how much she loves the place! Walk right out the patio to the left down to the beach area. Snorkel all day and see amazing fish right at the resort!

This unit was very thoughtfully redone. It had everything we needed, was clean, and a great location right on the beach. The communication with the owner couldn’t have been better and I really appreciated it. This is a great unit for a couple of small family.

Great Vacay

Such a lovely and relaxing place. We loved the access to the beach/pool, food service, and the beach equipment available. The place was spotless! The beeping noise when loss of power created sleepless nights, but we just napped on the beach the next day. We will return!

We were visiting St. Thomas for my sisters wedding and had the privilege of staying at Patti’s immaculate place! 10/10 location, stocked with everything you could possibly want, extremely clean and Patti was very responsive. Such a fabulous place- thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great spot on Sapphire. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or spot on St. Thomas. Highly Recommend as its close to the ferry, on a great beach, and very convenient.

It was perfect!

Traveling was terrible due to airline issues. Man did this place make up for it! It was literally heaven on earth. We could walk right out to the beach and pool. We lost a day due to airline issues and our hosts let us stay an extra day. They saved my birthday!

Getaway

The Stay was just amazing. The everyday waking up to the back porch To SAND , BEACH & SUN is just crazy . This condo is the definition of beach front . The condo amenities are amazing too , coffee shop & breakfast sandwich spot in the center of it all right next to the beach bar!! Literally 2 min walk to it . Beach bar it self was amazing! Apartment came equipped with coolers , snorkel gear etc ! Just a 10/10 . Definitely will be back .

Somewhat disappointed

We have stayed at this property before(different units), it's nice but the property hasn't done any improvements in years. There are a couple other properties in the same area that are better maintained, and I would recommend them first. The pool was right out side the room, it was open all night but had no lights. The unit itself was clean, but smelled of mildew. It took about 4 days for the smell to dissipate. It needs to be updated.

Great St. Thomas Location

The owner Patti was great and reached out immediately at the begining of our trip. She was fantastic and easily reachable with any questions. The condo itself is a great location, near the pool which our kids loved! Unfortunately, the pool bar/grill is still detroyed from the last tropical storms but the pool is still wonderful and also provides great ocean views. The condo was clean and provided all the necessities and more. The kids loved having some floats and sand toys available to play with. If your traveling with a family, be aware that there is not much seperating the living/dining room from the bedroom. While it worked fine, it does not provide much privacy. Due to some food allergies we cooked many meals in and greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and spices available. We did lose power 2x in the night while there, but only for a short period of time. After researching, it appers that this is common for the island due to no power grids. We had no idea! No big deal and it was up and running after an hour or two. On the other end of the beach is also a beach bar that has great drinks and some of the best fish tacos we have had! In addition there is on site laundry, small store and ice cream shop. Due to rental shortages, we were without a car and used taxis for the week. It was easy to get a Taxi from the airport (UVI Taxi/white vans) and from the front of the condo whenever we needed. There is also a grocery store located about 1 mile from the condo that has everything you could need, but be aware that area is not at all walkable due to narrow roads and no room for pedestrians. It was a great condo and we would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Picturesque!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights here! Sapphire beach was terrific for snorkeling and the beach bar and pool. The patio in the morning was just perfect, loved being on the ground floor to walk out onto the sand! Condo was well appointed with everything we needed.

Too much going on ........

The unit location was good but there was more noise and activity than we expected. There were 4 weddings on the day we checked in so the beach and bar next door was very loud. The unit next door to us hosted a wedding party that evening. We were close to the pool so there were a lot people there who had been "over-served". The pool surface was very rough on the feet. The night before we left was the area's full moon celebration night which brought a whole other dimension to the partying in the bar/restaurant area. It impacted our dinner at the nice Sea Salt restaurant on property. It was an ok and well equipped unit ..... just not a vibe that we were looking for.

The Sapphire Beach condo in St. Thomas offered an ideal, centrally located retreat that perfectly suited our vacation plans. The location was convenient for exploring and enjoying everything we wanted, making our romantic getaway truly unforgettable. Beautiful Island Getaway

This unit was the nicest we experienced in Sapphire Beach. We had a wonderful time, the place was clean and modern. Had everything you needed and was very comfortable. Ground floor location made beach access very easy. The host was kind and very responsive. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time. Unit is right next to the pool which is very good for us, as we like to hang out there quite a bit. Had a slight snafu with the check-in process that was immediately corrected by the owner. Very good communication. Thank you for a terrific vacation!

Sand Sun and Fun

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay at the beautiful Sapphire Beach Resort. The place was perfect for our stay. We especially loved the coffee bean grinder and coffee pot in the mornings and enjoyed breakfast on the patio. We spent most of our time exploring the beaches, restaurants, St. Johns and rented a catamaran for the day at Seas the Day-highly recommend! The bed was comfortable and we loved being in unit D on the quieter side of the beach. Highly recommend Patti as a host as she was very attentive and quick to respond.
